"This book is a godsend! It takes the topic of self-care and overall well-being and makes it accessible to young and old alike! The illustrations are lovely and are the creations of the author's own children! This adds a beautiful simplicity and magic to the book that allows every page to truly resonate on a cellular level! In fact, the main character of the book is named Celly and is a human cell! This makes the story even more relatable and meaningful. The author and illustrators have done a fantastic job of engaging the reader and inspiring them to be the best version of themselves possible by incorporating self-awareness and mindfulness into everything they think, say and do! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to incorporate more presence, self-love and self-care into their own lives and the lives of the people around them!" -ST

THIS BOOK IS CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP FOR YOUR SOUL
"This is the type of book you should be reading to your children, your neighbors, your parents, your elders, and YOURSELF. It teaches valuable lessons that are universally known but easily forgotten. As someone in her late 20s, it was so comforting to read this book because it reminded me of how to self-love and be kind to myself. It gives practical skills (that really should be practiced daily until it becomes a habit)! This is the type of story that I'll be reading to my future children every night before bed.
This book is also super special because the illustrations were done by the author's children! This is the cherry on top for a book that carries such important and loving themes. THIS IS A MUST-READ FOR ANYTHING THAT MOVES OR HAS A BEATING HEART." -GJ
